CBD FAQs

Is CBD legal?

Yes. CBD derived from hemp and containing no THC is legal in most regions. At Marycane, we use pure 99.9% CBD isolate, which is completely THC-free and safe for daily use.

Will CBD make me feel “high”?

No. CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it does not alter your state of mind or cause any intoxicating effects. Instead, it promotes calmness, relaxation, and balance.

How should I use Marycane Body Oil?

Apply a small amount of the CBD Vanilla Oud Body Oil to clean, dry skin. Massage gently until fully absorbed. It’s ideal after a shower, before bed, or anytime you want to nourish your skin and relax your mind.

How should I use Marycane Body Scrub?

For the CBD Vanilla Oud Body Scrub, apply to damp skin and massage in circular motions to gently exfoliate. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.

Can CBD help with stress or sleep?

CBD may support better sleep, relaxation, and relief from daily tension. While experiences vary, many of our customers find it helps them unwind and sleep more peacefully when used as part of their self-care ritual.

Order & Shipping FAQs

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days after processing. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder in case it lands there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or believe you may have deleted it, contact us and we can provide real-time updates on your order status. For international deliveries, shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?

We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
